A simple, single-layer backdrop measuring up to 12 × 12 ft. Think: a clean shimmer wall, simple draped backdrop, greenery wall or other single-layer backdrop used behind a cake, sweetheart table, photo area or celebration space. Can also be utilized as “walls” to divide spaces or cover aspects of your event space.

For backdrops that combine multiple design elements or require more detailed styling. Available in sizes up to 12 × 16 ft. Need a larger backdrop? Multiple backdrop selections can be combined to create the overall size you need.

Custom fabric draping used to frame one specific area with minimal additional decorative elements. Think: draping around a ceremony space, behind a sweetheart table, around an entrance, doorway or other featured area with small added florals or candles.

Draping designed to create a defined walkthrough experience with more atmospheric considerations and additions. Think: fabric-covered entryways, draped walkways or a tunnel leading guests into the event space with twinkle lights or candles.

Draping used to soften or frame portions of a room or tent without fully covering the space. Final pricing depends on room dimensions, ceiling height, fabric, coverage and installation requirements. Think: loose draping over beams, poles, structural areas, tent supports or selected sections of the room.

Small floral details used to add color and texture throughout an event. Think: bud vase groupings, small aisle marker clusters, small signage florals or other petite floral accents.

Custom tabletop floral arrangements designed around your tablescape. Think: low floral centerpieces, compact vessel arrangements, bud vase groupings and similar designs.

Elevated floral centerpieces spanning approximately 4–6 ft and lifted 3+ ft above the table. Think: long floral installations suspended or elevated above a rectangular dinner table or dessert table.

Floral arrangements placed on the ground, designed to create a natural, meadow-style look. Think: aisle markers, florals at the base of a sweetheart table, arrangements placed in front of signage or floral groupings along the ground.

Best for a clean, minimalistic, polished tabletop with a few intentional decorative elements. Think: low floral arrangements with simple hurricanes, bud vases with votives, or a simple combination of florals and candlelight.

Best for a fuller tablescape with more layers, visual height and decorative details. Think: taller floral centerpieces with candles, tiered candelabras with florals, multiple candle groupings, specialty vessels or a combination of several tabletop elements.

Best when the tablescape itself is intended to be a major visual feature. Think: lush full-length table décor, table bridges with hanging elements, layered florals and candlelight, multiple heights or highly customized tabletop designs.

A fully styled focal tablescape incorporating florals, candlelight, tabletop décor or other personalized design details. This selection is for the tablescape itself and does not include backdrop elements. Wedding couples: we can often decorate your sweetheart table at no additional cost by repurposing ceremony décor.

Custom welcome signage designed for your event entrance. Think: a personalized acrylic or hanging fabric welcome sign paired with light minimalistic floral and candle elements.

A custom seating display designed to provide guest information while also functioning as part of the event décor. Final pricing may vary based on guest count, display size, materials and personalization.

Smaller signs designed for specific areas of the event. Includes full custom design, printing and frame rentals. Think: bar signs, dessert signs, guest book signs, favor signs, menu signs, reserved signs or other small personalized displays.

Styling for tables that serve a specific purpose beyond guest dining. Includes curated décor, signage and styling details such as frames, card boxes and decorative accents. Think: guest book tables, gift tables, card tables, memory displays, favor tables or other special event moments.

A styled champagne display designed to coordinate with your event and create a memorable guest experience. Does not include champagne. Think: a champagne wall or styled champagne display with coordinated décor, signage, florals or other design details.

For one smaller, fully styled décor area that doesn’t fit into the other categories. Think: a styled welcome vignette, lounge area, favor display, dessert display, gift area or other small focal point.

For clients who want DreamOn to develop and manage the overall design of their event outside of our standard scope of offerings. Perfect for large-scale production needs and multiple creative vendors, such as florists, lighting and furniture. Let us help keep the design on track and coordinate all of the moving pieces to achieve your design vision. Exact quote depends on design scope, number of design vendors, staffing and logistics. This is not full event coordination and is limited to design-focused services. This service includes: • Personalized design planning and concept development • Overall creative direction for the event • Curated décor and rental selections from DreamOn inventory • Sourcing and facilitation with additional design-related vendors • Digital design mockup and collaborative refinements • Design logistics and preparation to ensure all vendors adhere to the design plan • Professional installation • Assistance with pickup and return of certain specialty rental pieces • On-site design execution and oversight of installation of all design-related vendors • Breakdown and retrieval of DreamOn décor

For clients who need design guidance, revisions or consultation beyond the included design process or as a standalone service to help refine their vision.

For couples who need an experienced person on site to help keep the ceremony and rehearsal running smoothly. This is not full-service wedding coordination. This service includes: • Rehearsal guidance and organization • Helping the wedding party understand the ceremony order and cues • Ceremony processional and recessional coordination • Cueing the wedding party, parents and other participants • Liaising with the officiant and key vendors regarding ceremony timing at rehearsal or the day of • Helping ensure personal décor and ceremony details are in place • Managing the transition from ceremony to reception when applicable • Up to 1 hour of rehearsal support • Up to 2 hours of ceremony-day support This service provides focused support for the rehearsal and ceremony. It does not include full wedding coordination, reception management, vendor management throughout the entire event, timeline creation or personal bridal party duties. Additional hours, if available, may be added at $150/hour.

Transportation and logistical handling based on venue location, event size and the overall scope of the installation. Calculated based on location and scope; typically ranges from $100–$500.
